Steven W. Coppock, CPA

Prior to joining Gunnip & Company, Chris was an associate attorney at McLawhorn & Associates in Greenville, North Carolina, where he focused on advising individuals and small businesses particularly with respect to corporate law, general tax and estate planning legal matters. He was a tax associate in the personal financial services group of the tax department of the Philadelphia office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, working with income tax planning and estate tax planning and compliance issues for high net worth clients. Chris was an associate attorney at Stewart & Associates in Wilmington, Delaware, where he focused on providing corporate legal services and tax advice to special purpose entities, and an associate attorney in the tax department of Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP, also located in Wilmington, Delaware, where he assisted tax partners with matters related to special purpose entities, legal matters and legal documentation related to the formation, organization and operation of corporations and limited liability companies, general tax issues and other legal matters.
