Chris specializes in the assistance of the tax partners with issues relating to corporate and individual income taxation. He also provides director, officer and corporate management/governance services for Special Purpose Entities and other operational entities This requires a number of virtual and  outsourced back-office needs including but not limited to mail forwarding, office subleases, accounting and business management services.

  • Earned LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law
  • Member of the Delaware, North Carolina and Pennsylvania Bars, although he does not actively practice law
